Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk- could use fat free (could also use regular milk fat free or low fat)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I use EAS soy protein- just to be whey free) could use regular protein or any other powder protein
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries (I prefer the ones from costco- they are cheaper and bigger) It's approximately a handful or 4-5 strawberries.
  • Optional: could add fat free or light yogurt for an extra boost. substitute strawberries for mixed berries. could also put in wheat germ.
