  • 1 12-inch pre-made pizza crust (i use whole foods organic pizza crust)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) mascarpone (you can cheat and use regular cream cheese, it just won't taste as good!)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • About 2 cups of whatever berries are available - i used strawberries, blackberries and raspberries, but you could also add blueberries, or even thinly sliced peaches
  • Tiny mint sprigs
