  • Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp.
  • Garam masala: ½ tsp.
  • Dry mango powder/amchur: ½ tsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Coriander/cilantro leaves.
  • Oil: 1 tbsp.
  • Cumin seeds: ½ tsp.
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes: 250 gm.
