  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 pinch salt (or to taste)
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons gluten flour (a.k.a. vital wheat gluten)
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce or Bragg's liquid aminos
