  • 3 sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup candied ginger, chopped in 1/4" pieces
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup white port (I used a sweet one)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
