  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • 2 black mission figs, diced
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup melted ghee (I used Tin Star Foods!)
  • 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
