  • 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup (your preference) Southwest Caesar dressing (recipe follows)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 3/4 teaspoons black pepper, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin, ground
  • ½ teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 3 ounces olive oil
  • 3 ounces vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
