  • 2-3 T finely chopped onions (or 1/8 tsp. onion powder)
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 3 T dry white wine (or white cooking wine)
  • 1/4 C (about 1/2 oz.) T crushed pork rinds (plain, although you could also use spicy)
